I joined Winslow House as a cook 2 years ago and moved to the dietary manager within a year with all the love and support of the great team we have. I feel I have been given so many opportunities to learn and grow with this company. The work environment and relationships I have with employees and residents is what makes this job so great. Coming to work to cook for people you care about so much makes this job so worth it all, especially when they love what we cook for them and the little things I try to do to make them happy!
