Hello Residents, Friends, and Families

Fall is here, and flu season is right behind it. Our goal at Winslow House is to have as many residents as possible receive the flu vaccination. We understand that some residents are unable to receive it, due to allergies or health reasons. Consent forms were sent out early this week. Please accept the vaccine, sign the consent form, and return it to the facility as soon as possible.  Even if you are declining the vaccine, a signed consent form is required. We appreciate all of your support in making sure our residents are ready for flu season!
