EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH:

Audra Westercamp

This honor has been awarded Audra Westercamp for her dedication to enriching lives through kind, compassionate, care. Audra has been with Winslow House Care Center since January as a nurse and has worked in her field for over 12 years.

Audra can be seen always working hard within the facility, caring for the resident’s needs. She states that the best part of her job here at Winslow House is that she gets to know residents on a deeper level than she was used to when she worked in hospital settings. When not at work, Audra states she likes to workout, swim, read and do some gardening with her aunt.

Audra has been quoted saying "everyone should exhibit love, kindness and to always respect others... You should never shy away from striking up a conversation with someone. You never know what you may learn about that person, where the conversation will lead you or what friendship may develop. Life is a journey and what makes it exciting is the people you meet along the way”.
