Employee of the Month August 2018

Employee of the Month:

This honor has been awarded Brittany Lloyd for her dedication to enriching lives through kind, compassionate, care. Brittany has been with Winslow House Care Center for a little over one year now and has been a CNA for almost 2 years. Brittany currently is the Office Assistant as Cassy is away on maternity leave.

Brittany has always been seen working hard caring for the resident’s needs. Wither it was her being a CNA helping on the floor, or giving residents their showers, or now that she is currently helping the facility by being our Office Assistant.  She states that the best part of her job here at Winslow House is that she is able to build relationships with the residents and their families. She says that being able to get to know each resident’s personality and hearing their life stories is a true blessing. She is quoted saying” I believe that working here at Winslow House and with these residents, has changed me as a person”.  She also states that the staff here treat each other like family and she really loves that about her co-workers.

 When not at work, Brittany states she likes to be near water and loves to do anything outdoors like camping and hiking. She has been going to college and is currently on her summer break. When she goes back to school, her goal is to continue to pass her classes with flying colors.
