Spring is just around the corner and the green grass will be here soon! As the administrator I want you to know quality of care is huge to me.  All our residents and families deserve the best care! To ensure we are meeting your expectations and providing the quality care you deserve, we need your feedback.

We want to be your five-star care center. If you have any concerns, please let us know about them right away. I encourage you to stop in, call or e-mail me so we can address your concerns right away. Open communication is key to success.

My goal for your stay with us is to be the facility you would recommend to your friends and family. Without your feedback, we are unable to make the necessary changes where needed or to encourage the positive things we are already doing well. Thank you in advance for your input.
