Hello Summer!

We have all been enjoying the warmer weather lately and getting outside more! During June we are celebrating National Certified Nursing Assistant’s week, Father’s Day, and the first day of summer. Be sure to thank our CNAs when you see them for all of their hard work and dedication!

We have a few patriotic and summer crafts planned in preparation for Flag Day and the Fourth of July that will be here before we know it. We will be having lots of music memories since there will be music entertainment at our building almost each week in June! Starting with Neil Rohlena playing accordion, Betty Debban playing piano, and lastly Harold Gray playing his instruments and singing.

It has been a long time coming that I can excitedly announce dog therapy with Kathy and Ruger will be returning to our building! As well as a special visit from Jack the Donkey who is part of the non-profit group Toothbrushers and Balaams Donkey.  We are inviting friends, family and children to join us in visiting Jack the donkey on Wednesday, June 9th at 2:00 PM!  You can find the date and time of all our programs on the activity calendar on our website under the Activities and News tab.
