Happy June from the Activity Department!
As the weather continues to warm up, we are also continuing to spend more time outside on the patio and going on walks. During the month of June, we have a few holidays to celebrate including Flag Day and Father’s Day. Throughout the month we will be doing multiple crafts, fun trivia, a necktie card game, and other games to celebrate these holidays. Also, we will enjoy “Donuts for Dads” Father’s Day weekend and root beer floats later in the month. To show our appreciation for our Nursing Assistant’s, we will be making goodie bags for National Certified Nursing Assistant’s Week June 18-24th. Remember to thank all our Nursing Assistants for everything they do!
Starting at the beginning of the month, we will begin to incorporate a few small group activities! As we do this, remember to keep practicing social distancing. We will have a limit of 10 people with one person to a table. Enjoy the following pictures from a painting craft and window visits from the Wegmann family this past month of May!
