Happy July!
This month we celebrate Independence Day. We have been creating some patriotic crafts to decorate with including one coming up on the 2nd. We are also looking forward to a delicious cooking demonstration with Chef Kevin that same day and a summer cookout on the Fourth of July to celebrate Independence Day. The theme of July is all about Nature! We will enjoy nature through a PARKS Bingo, National Parks, Monuments, and Landmarks Trivia, creating a wood slice coaster or wall hanging, and lastly a Spelunking Saturday where we will virtually explore the largest cave in the world!
Summer is in full swing and so are the warmer temperatures that come with it. Remember to stay hydrated and wear sun protection when spending time outside during activities or visits!
